Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies, illness, weather, and unexpected circumstances happen, and these situations will always be handled with understanding and at our discretion.
